MNGM Detailing – Terms & Conditions
By booking or receiving any service from MNGM Detailing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to protect both you and our business.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same day cancellations or no shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
Vehicle Condition
MNGM Detailing is NOT responsible for pre existing damage including, but not limited to:
Scratches
Paint chips
Swirl marks
Interior wear
Failing clear coat
Electrical issues
By booking, you confirm your vehicle is safe to detail and that all valuables have been removed.
Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal items before your appointment.
MNGM Detailing is NOT responsible for lost or damaged belongings left inside the vehicle.
Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction matters. If you are unhappy with the results, you must notify us before leaving or immediately after service so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Refunds are NOT guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
Service Limitations
Some stains, odors, scratches, and damage may be permanent and NOT fully removable.
We do NOT guarantee complete removal of:
Deep scratches
Pet hair embedded in fabric
Mold
Heavy oxidation
Severe stains
Pricing & Payments
All prices are based on vehicle size and condition.
Heavily soiled vehicles may require an additional fee, which will be discussed before work continues.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
Subscriptions will be sent our the friday before your detail.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Weather & Mobile Services
For mobile detailing, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions including rain, extreme heat, or wind.
Customer MUST provide safe access to the vehicle and a suitable work area.
Liability
MNGM Detailing is NOT responsible for:
Mechanical failures
Electrical issues
Engine problems
Warning lights
Any issues unrelated to cosmetic detailing are outside our responsibility.
Photography & Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for marketing and promotional use.
License plates and personal information will be hidden unless you give written permission.
. Giveaways
MNGM Detailing may run raffles for service. Everything will be chosen at random to ensure customer satisfaction.
